Why FQM Training

FQM Training is headed up by Technical Manager and Lead Trainer Michael Freeman. Michael has vast experience in the field of management systems training and consultancy since the 1980's. Since then he has trained some Thousands of delegates at hundreds of companies in Scotland and across the UK.

Trainers

All our trainers are practitioners of the subject that they train on and therefore have up to date practical experience of hands on auditing/consulting/delivering of such subject matters in the field, and bring these experiences to the training.

What makes us Different?

All training providers like to think they are different. However here at FQM Training we are. Our specialist staff ensures that you are not just sitting listing to a "chalk and talk" session, but we actively encourage participation and have the trainees fully involved in example sessions appropriate to the subject matter and possibly also to your companies needs. We know through our experiences what people need and how they learn; This is not a university or college lecture, our trainers know exactly what is going on in the field and use this to keep you engaged.

Sitting listening to someone talk all day, will only help you sleep.

Homework is not the answer, we want our trainees to walk the talk and understand the practical aspects of the course.
