Leonard has been involved in management education and training for twenty-five years. He currently teaches within the Open University Business School’s MBA programmes, as well as delivering senior and middle management training within the oil industry. He uses a blend of traditional delivery, coupled with facilitated learning, role-play, action learning exercise and games. His teaching includes the use of a variety of psychometric assessment tools, such as MBTI, NEO5, KAI and Belbin’s team roles.
He currently co-ordinates, designs and delivers training throughout the UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and the Caspian Region. He has been involved in all aspects of the learning & development cycle from training needs analyses; design & delivery of training; to executive coaching. He has worked with all levels of businesses from supervisory level to boardroom.
His focus is on the common management skills within business – dealing with people. This covers leadership, organising self and others, motivation, conflict management, behavioural style, as well as finance and project management.
His first degree is in Economics, he has an MBA and is currently completing an MSc in Human Resource Management.FQM Training
