Nuala has over 10 years’ experience in the preparation and delivery of various courses aimed at delegates attaining a globally recognised health, safety and risk management qualification such as the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety and the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
Additionally Nuala has been delivering IOSH courses designed for Supervisors, Middle Management and Senior Executives alike as well as CITB accredited courses such as Safety for Site Supervisors, Risk Assessment and Accident Investigation in addition to bespoke operative’s courses.
Nuala has significant experience in carrying out practical training such as abrasive wheel setters and instructors and manual handling assessors and instructors courses on behalf of RoSPA, Edinburgh and Belfast Branches and more recently delivery of RoSPA’s BTEC Advanced Award in Manual Handling course in Ireland.
Nuala’s career has seen her working within the ship building, engineering, quarrying, railway, construction and more recently oil and gas industries. Her project experience is reflected within her training, providing delegates with an understanding on the practical application of health and safety across all levels of a project from concept to completion.
Nuala has a Master of Social Science Degree from the School of Education, Queens University, Belfast – Work based Learning (Occupational Safety and Health) as well as holding the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Parts 1 and 2.
She is Chartered Member of IOSH; an IRCA registered Principal (H&S) Auditor and an OHSCR Registered Consultant.FQM Training
